Posting Overview:

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving sales, brand awareness and guest traffic through a variety of channels such as: Private Dining and Event Sales, Social Media, Traditional Media, Cold Calls, Community Outreach, networking events and any other methods that are effective. The SMM will also work with our Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing and marketing consultants to develop promotions.

Education/Formal Training More than two years of post-high school education.

Experience One to two full years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).

Environment Restaurant and office environment, weather exposure when making sales calls.

Material/Equipment Used General office equipment: computer, copier, facsimile, telephone, calculator, etc. General restaurant equipment: credit card machine, POS systems, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, toaster, liquor and soda gun.
