Posting Overview:

Sell, plan, organize and manage the details for restaurant events including meetings, reunions, social functions, catering, etc. Manage the sales process for restaurant functions over 10 people to include, proposals, REO creation, menu selection, and internal communication with restaurant and kitchen. Manage outlet menus, design, formatting and printing. Manage the marketing plan with PR Manager for the restaurant on a quarterly and annual basis to include; graphics, PR, and offsite event coordination.

Plan and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, room service and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals .

Bending/kneeling - repeated bending and kneeling required while filing, Mobility - must be able to reach all areas of hotel to assist clients. Occasional standing. Occasional carrying and lifting of files and office items up to 25 lbs.

Education/Formal Training

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

Six months minimum in sales, customer service related position or hotel experience preferred.
