To support the culinary teams of Social Fare and the Banquets team in the procurement of exceptional quality food products from all culinary outlets. This is a fast-paced team that takes pride in delivering service and cuisine that goes a step beyond expectation. This position is key in the delivery of that promise.
The Purchasing Manager is to provide for the acquisition of food, beverage, and general supplies at maximum economics based on business activity. The Purchasing Manager acts as a liaison between individuals in the hotel and resort and supplier representatives in the procurement and the reception of goods and services required to achieve the objectives of each department.

EDUCATION – FORMAL TRAINING
4-year Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related 5 year progressive purchasing experience with a preference for hospitality/foodservice.
5 years of progressive purchasing experience with a preference for hospitality/foodservice.
MATERIAL – EQUIPMENT USED
Basic office equipment and materials.
General office, hotel and restaurant environment.
