What you will be doing:

  • Clean public area bathrooms, hallways, windows, doors, walls, closets and fixtures

  • Vacuum and wash floors

The Must Haves:

  • Must have knowledge of general cleaning principles, use of cleaning products and operation of standard cleaning equipment.

The hotel managed by Sage Hospitality, has been designed to embody Pena Station NEXT’s vision for smart, sustainable, connected living. The seven-story, 226 room hotel is accessible by the light rail station one block way and driverless electric shuttles. The lobby level boosts 3,500 sq. ft. of meeting space, Gallery Kitchen, market, Starbucks, 24-hour fitness center, indoor pool, gaming area, library and business center. A large bar includes an operable wall that will open to the outside, connecting guests with the active, tree-lined outdoor design. Abilities

Lifting cleaning supplies -30 lbs., pushing and pulling equipment -30-50 lbs., carrying supplies -30 lbs. (All done frequently during shift). Bending to start machines and load chemicals -done frequently during shift. Must be able to be on feet and walk behind floor care equipment for full shift. Continuous standing may be required. No driving required.

Chemicals/Agents used: Wax, stripper, sealer, carpet spotter, carpet shampoo (used daily). Protective clothing -safety shoes worn 100% of shift. Operate high speed buffer, extractor, wet vacuum (used daily).
