The Spa Director is responsible for managing all assigned areas of the spa while ensuring the satisfaction and safety of guests and associates. Oversees daily operations of the facility with emphasis on guest service, cleanliness, safety, fiscal responsibility, staff guidance and support to make the spa the best facility possible in order to support hotel goals. Develops and recommends the budget, marketing plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans.

A four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience
