Experience Sage Hospitality:

Must have:

  • 5+ years of Director level revenue management with a variety of luxury full service and independent lifestyle brand experience

  • Demonstrates excellent leadership skills by educating others and ensures understanding and gains buy-in of the revenue management processes associated with demand, revenue, forecasting, opportunity analysis, and inventory management

  • A deep knowledge of involvement with hotel leadership to recommend and identify future markets, hotel opportunities, guide hotels sales strategy and pricing for transient, group, and catering

  • Proven experience achieving and exceeding revenue goals including maximization of revenue, profit, and market share associated with rooms and function space of hotels

  • Execute strategies and tactics that result in achievement of budgeted revenue, profit goals, expense management and consistent RevPAR and ADR growth

  • Ability to leverage relationship with hotel owners in order to gather support for strategic business plans. Proven success in owners meetings and budget presentations

  • Involved in the community and develops mutually beneficial relationships and partnerships

Education/Formal Training

Four year college degree from accredited university preferred.


Proven revenue management experience and knowledge of advanced revenue management techniques. Preferred previous positions: Department head at property level, Director of Sales and Marketing, Director of Group Sales, Director of Catering, Director of Revenue Management, Regional Revenue Manager

Material/Equipment Used

Operate calculator, telephone, facsimile, computer and copier.


Prolonged sitting throughout entire shift at computerized workstation in office environment.
