Posting Overview:

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting in the successful management and operation of the hotel, while demonstrating excellent leadership skills that inspire others to succeed. Reporting to the General Manager this leader ensures the hotels profitability and the delivery of high scores across hotel service, quality, maintenance, and appearance. Assists in the completion and review of the hotels annual budget, marketing plan, capital expenditures plan, and implementation of the company’s policies and procedures.

Education/Formal Training

A four year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
