A large bar includes an operable wall that will open to the outside, connecting guests with the active, tree-lined outdoor design.

Posting Overview:

Assists with the supervision and coordination of the accounting operations in the hotel. Compiles, reviews, reconciles, prepares and analyzes entries to facilitate the bookkeeping function. Assists with the processing of financial statements and other reports to ensure accurate, timely information.

Abilities

Limited lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying up to 15-20 lbs. Generally boxes, computer equipment. Limited bending/kneeling required when arranging supplies or equipment. Mobility -limited mobility between offices and departments. No continuous standing required. No climbing or driving required.

Education/Formal Training

A four year college degree (Accounting preferred) or equivalent education/experience.

Experience

Experience required by position is from one to two full years of employment in related position with this company or other organizations.

Material/Equipment Used

Computers, Microsoft Office, 10 key calculator, phones; 95-100% of work period.
