Posting Overview:

Assist Director of Spa and Club Membership in gaining memberships in order to meet sales goals. Additional responsibilities include administrative duties, assisting with customer service, helping prospective members and existing club members with concerns regarding the club, engage with club committees and board to increase engagement through club activities and events, and starting new corporate accounts.



  • Answer spa/membership office phones. Respond to all membership inquiries accurately, timely and in a professional manner.

  • Consistently seek opportunities to gain new members and elevate service levels.

  • Develop relations with the community and local small businesses by involving club in community events.

  • Actively build a network of contacts through prospecting and referrals.

  • Type correspondence, reports and necessary forms i.e. contracts, as well as prepare proposals or other letters as directed.

  • Account Service and Management: Maintain well documented, accurate, organized and up-to-date file management in order to serve members and employer in the most expedient, organized and knowledgeable manner.

  • Develop strong membership relationships through appropriate communication and the use of professional, courteous and ethical interpersonal interaction.

  • Have current knowledge of membership rates, benefits, strategies, discounts and promotions.

  • Assist with completing any required sales reports.

  • Assist Director with implementing hotel specific selling strategies.

  • Follow-up on all members’ needs and inquires in an efficient and expedient manner.

  • Represent themselves and the hotel with the highest level of integrity and professionalism, a service focused approach and a caring, sincere attitude at all times.

  • Display a neat, clean and business-like appearance at all times.

  • Exhibit a positive and involved team attitude to all hotel departments and maintains open communication with all co-workers for the best overall performance of the hotel.

  • Create monthly social hour and events calendar with the Director of Spa and Club Membership.

  • Conduct walk-in tours

  • Create gift bags for guest traces, VIPs, Hug’s, etc. Keep supplies stocked and on hand.


  • Contribute to the hotel’s overall sales effort by assisting guests as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned or deemed necessary by management.

  • Must accommodate fluctuating business demands

  • Assist guests with changes and special requests, as needed.
