We are looking for a unique individual who is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our clients and an impact on the Chicago hospitality scene. The Social Catering Sales Manager should have a positive outlook and a passion for Wedding and event planning.

Our new team member should be a leader and a team player not only outside of the office walls but also inside as we work closely with other departments to inspire our clients and guest.


To maximize revenue, profit, and market share associated with function space. Position has overall responsibility for managing sales, planning, soliciting and managing the Wedding and SMERF markets.

Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced, sometimes high pressure environment.

Hearing required for telephone inquiries and client and associate handling.

Bending/kneeling - repeated bending and kneeling required while filing, Mobility - must be able to reach all areas of hotel and building locations to assist clients.

Requires sitting most of the time, but does entail walking, standing and carrying of up to 15 pounds short distances.

Requires a significant amount of repetitive motion for keyboarding.

Education/Formal Training

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.


Two years minimum in previous sales and/or hospitality organization.

Basic office equipment and materials


General office and hotel environment. Working under fluorescent lighting.
