Courtyard Charlotte Airport is seeking an Assistant General Manager. We are looking for an established Assistant General Manager with Marriott experience to lead our 30 associates at this hotel as they undergo renovation. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting in the successful management and operation of the hotel, while demonstrating excellent leadership skills that inspire others to succeed. Reporting to the General Manager this leader ensures the hotels profitability and the delivery of high scores across hotel service, quality, maintenance, and appearance. Assists in the completion and review of the hotels annual budget, marketing plan, capital expenditures plan, and implementation of the company’s policies and procedures.

A four year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
Four to five years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
