Sage Hospitality is looking for a driven and hardworking Dual Hotel Manager to lead the Hiltons on Canyon room operations. In this role you will oversee the front office, housekeeping, and valet teams. We need someone with a flexible schedule who can be able to work evenings and weekends.

The Dual Hotel Manager reports to the Dual General Manager. Responsible for leading various areas of the hotel. Achieves high guest, associate, corporate and owner satisfaction and quality service, while also achieving the hotels financial goals. Responsible for demonstrating excellent leadership that inspires others to succeed and promotes an open door of communication. Implements short term and long term strategies into daily operations. Supports the General Manager in the development and management of the hotels budget, marketing plan and objectives.

A four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience
Five to ten years of employment in a related position with this company or other organizations
