The ideal candidate has a proven track record in hospitality sales preferably in the market, strong business and financial acumen, self-motivated, and values teamwork.

Continue to increase overall market share and occupancy in the BT, Government, and Corporate markets
Execute strategies and tactics that result in achievement of budgeted revenue, profit goals, and consistent RevPAR and ADR growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hospitality leaders to ensure a strong identity in the local community

The Director of Sales is responsible for the overall revenue ad market share results of the hotel and demonstrating great leadership. Implements strategies that support the positioning of the property. Partners with the General Manager and the Executive Committee to advise, guide and support on various sales functions and initiatives. Ensures financial and revenue goals are achieved and sales productivity benchmarks are met.

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
4+ years of hotel sales experience
General office equipment: computer, typewriter, copier, facsimile, telephone, calculator, etc.
Office environment, weather exposure when making sales calls
