Sage Hospitality Resources Area Director of Revenue Management in Atlanta, Georgia
Sage Hospitality is seeking an Area Director of Revenue Management to complex over three beautiful hotels in Atlanta, Georgia: The Renaissance Atlanta Midtown, Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Midtown, and the Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta Midtown. This role will support just over 530 rooms with approximately 22,000 square feet of total meeting space.
The Renaissance Midtown is a 4 star elegant Marriott boutique tucked right into the heart of the city’s vibrant arts and music district. The Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites Midtown is a unique one of kind property, with two hotels under one roof. This dual-branded hotel was built in 2012 and offers many unobstructed views of the Midtown and Atlanta skylines.
4+ years of revenue management at Director level at a 4 or 5 star property preferred (strong Marriott experience preferred; Hilton experience a plus)
Proven experience in group pattern management including, maximization of revenue, profit, and market share associated with rooms and function space of hotels
Proven experience in all aspects of high level revenue management including room night pattern management, group and transient room night pricing strategy, revenue per square foot strategy of meeting space and F&B pricing
Demonstrates excellent leadership skills by educating others and ensures understanding and gains buy-in of the revenue management processes associated with demand, revenue, forecasting, opportunity analysis, and inventory management
Strong experience with ownership relations as well as presentation skills to high level executives
Must have proven success with forecasting and report accuracy, managing budgets, maximizing revenue, and strong communication skills with leaders and ownership groups

The Area Director of Revenue Management is responsible for the maximization of revenue, profit, and market share associated with rooms and function space for multiple hotels. Demonstrates excellent leadership skills by educating others and ensures understanding and gains buy-in of the revenue management processes associated with demand, revenue, forecasting, opportunity analysis, and inventory management. Works with hotel leaders to recommend and identify future markets, hotel opportunities, guide hotels sales strategy.

Travel – 30-50% travel to hotel properties required.
Four year degree preferred.
3-5 years of Revenue Management experience required
Multi-property experience preferred, but not required.
Operate calculator, telephone, facsimile, computer and copier.
Prolonged sitting throughout entire shift at computerized workstation in office environment.
