The Guest Experience department ensures service excellence through building memorable connections and relationships with our guests. This department and position has a direct impact on the overall guest experience, and is responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction for the entire duration of a guest's stay
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following
Providing a great first impression to all guests entering our building
Greeting and engaging guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring all guest contact is courteous, informative, and thorough providing memorable experiences.
Maintains knowledge of all hotel services and local activities to provide options to inquiries from Guests exploring the area.
Assist in providing bellman services both at guest arrival and departure properly securing and labeling luggage
High School diploma or equivalent
Must have general knowledge of basic customer service skills and be fluent in oral and written English.
Must have knowledge of local establishments, businesses and the surrounding community in general.
