We are currently seeking a Senior Vice President of Third Party Contracts to be an instrumental part of our investment and business development team, focusing on 3 rd party deals. Reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer, this role will establish and maintain strong relationships with our ownership groups to negotiate and secure 3-4 hotel management agreements each year. Proven experience with establishing impactful 3 rd party relationships is key to being the successful candidate for this role. Because of the unique structure of this position, at least 10 years of hospitality business development experience is required.

This position will be based at the Home Office in Denver and travel as needed.

POSITION FOCUS

This role will focus solely on the growth of the Sage Management Services platform. This individual will work with institutional, long-term holders of full service and lifestyle hotels to secure assets that fit the stated third party contract criteria.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Source and execute third party management agreements that fit the stated SMS criteria

Maintain and build strong relationships with public and private REITs and other institutional owners

Effectively market SMS’s competitive advantages to the marketplace

Selectively add new clients to the SMS portfolio

Interface with SMS and SRG to generate operating proformas and presentations

Negotiate hotel management agreements

Maintain strong relationships with top tier brands

Experience

10+ years of hospitality business development experience

Investment experience preferred
