The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS function. This individual serves as the primary point-of-contact for our HRIS Help Desk.
This role will assign security and handle HRIS administrative tasks across a number of our Human Resources Systems. Primary function is to be the main resource for our HRIS help desk support line troubleshooting issues related to all systems including Payroll (Payforce), Time Keeping System (Timesaver), Security (NetSecure), BrassRing, Health and Welfare Service Engine, Equifax and Success Factors. Most inquiries are about password resets, access updates, system issues as well as maintenance of tables. Will support HRIS analysts with testing as well as documentation. May create job aids and provide basic training to our users in the field. Responsible for basic HRIS reporting, distributing output from existing reports. Area of growth will be to learn to create reports.Will audit the system/data for data integrity. Provide support for HRIS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. This role requires intermediate (or higher) excel skills.

Excel skills required. Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Problem resolution skills are a must. ADP experience a plus.
Bending/kneeling - repeated bending and kneeling required while filing, Mobility: Occasional standing. Occasional carrying and lifting of files and office items up to 25 lbs.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience 1 year of HRIS experience.
