Posting Overview:

The Business/Leisure Travel Sales Manager is responsible for managing the relationship of assigned accounts located locally and nationally. The primary intent is to drive sales for the hotel in all transient business segments with a strong emphasis on negotiated Special Corporate market segment. Effectively communicates internally and externally through various methods and across all departments.

Abilities

Bending/kneeling - repeated bending and kneeling required while filing, Mobility - must be able to reach all areas of hotel to assist clients. Occasional standing. Occasional carrying and lifting of files and office items up to 25 lbs.

Education/Formal Training

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

Must be able to demonstrate 2-3 years solid hotel sales experience.

Material/Equipment Used

General office equipment: computer, typewriter, copier, facsimile, telephone, calculator, etc. .
