Posting Overview

The Director of Spa and Club Memberships is responsible for managing all assigned areas of the spa while ensuring the satisfaction and safety of guests and associates. Oversees daily operations of the facility with emphasis on guest service, cleanliness, safety, fiscal responsibility, staff guidance and support to make the spa the best facility possible in order to support hotel goals. Develops and recommends the budget, marketing plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans. Memberships sales and event planning for Club members.

Abilities

Must have vision ability in order to visually inspect hotel.

Must have mobility to walk through the front and the back of the hotel and Spa. Climbing approximately 20-30 steps 10% of the week.

Physically able to regularly inspect all areas of interior and exterior of facility.

Education/Formal Training

A four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience

Experience

Five to ten years of employment in a related position with this company or other organizations
