Sage Hospitality is in search of an experienced, enthusiastic Director of Sales to join the team at the Hyatt House in Bridgewater, New Jersey. We are looking for a proactive go-getter that can also be a leader and mentor to junior level team members. Past Hyatt experience is a huge plus. The beautiful Hyatt House has a resort like feel to it, with outdoor BBQ’s, a fabulous firepit and outdoor pool that our guests love during the summer months. Guests use our free 5 mile hotel shuttle to visit sports stadiums, museums, shopping and more. We are close to MetLife and ten minutes from the Bridgewater Rail Station. Suites with ample space: Rooms replete with spacious features, from separate living areas to fully-equipped kitchens

The Director of Sales is responsible for the overall revenue ad market share results of the hotel and demonstrating great leadership. Implements strategies that support the positioning of the property. Partners with the General Manager and the Executive Committee to advise, guide and support on various sales functions and initiatives. Ensures financial and revenue goals are achieved and sales productivity benchmarks are met.

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
4+ years of hotel sales experience
General office equipment: computer, typewriter, copier, facsimile, telephone, calculator, etc.
Office environment, weather exposure when making sales calls
Full Time - Regular
