The 204-room Embassy Suites and the 172-room Hilton Garden Inn are located at 28th Street and Canyon Boulevard in Boulder, CO. The hotels offer almost 10,000 square feet of meeting space which includes a 6,600 square foot ballroom. The hotels will share a pool and back-of-the-house space. Underground parking will also be shared with two stories of valet and self-parking for the hotels. “This project has been uniquely designed and programmed to both meet the extensive requirements of the City of Boulder, while incorporating locally infused interior design elements that celebrate the unique aspects of the community,” said Walter Isenberg, President and CEO of Sage Hospitality. “We are excited to bring this product to the Boulder market, it will fit well with the demands of CU Boulder and the central Boulder scene.”

The Dual Director of Human Resources is responsible for the short and long term planning and management of the Human Resources functions. Acts as a strategic advisor to management on all people related matters. Promotes a positive working culture, associate high performance, quality service and empowerment to associates. Leads various functions including; recruitment, on-boarding, associate relations, state and federal compliance, benefits administration, workers compensation and safety.

Lifting/pushing/pulling/carrying -approximately 5%. Bending/kneeling -to get files -5% annually. Mobility -40% of 10 hour day is spent around the hotel. Continuous standing -during training and lobby lizard duty. No climbing required. Driving -occasionally to attend hearings and recruitment activities.
Four year college degree or equivalent experience/education preferred.
Four to five years of employment in human resources or related field.
Proven successful implementation of people resource process.
Union experiences a plus. Four year college degree or equivalent/education experience.
